Details of The Attending Registration
Join as a Presenter
If you wish to give a presentation at the conference without publishing a paper in the proceedings, you may register as a Presenter. You are required to submit the abstract and title of your presentation during registration. For further inquiries, please contact us at: ico_eei@163.com
Join as a Listener
This conference is a valuable opportunity and an effective platform to meet renowned experts and researchers in the field. You are welcome to participate as a Listener. Simply complete your registration before the deadline.
Details of The Registration Fees
1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs, and access to all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does NOT include: Accommodation, Visa application fee, or Transportation costs.
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2–5 working days after your payment is received.
5. If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, we will mail the printed proceedings to you along with the payment receipt.
Refunds Policy
1. Registration fees for EEI 2027 Regular are 570 USD / 3800 CNY per paper.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 pages, the cost of each extra page (beginning at Page 5) is 60 USD / 400 CNY.
3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and access to all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation costs
5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 working days after your payment is received.
7. If you cannot attend the conference for any reason, we will post the printed proceedings to you together with the payment receipt / Fapiao.
8. At least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you withdraw your paper for personal reasons.
